Who takes Teacher Training?
Those who want to master Kundalini Yoga teach it. Also, people who come to this training want to be awakened. They know they can be more. They are people who know that without that core and inner vitality, without that self-confidence of knowing who you really are, without the feeling that you know the technology to elevate yourself when you are down, so that your judgment can be trusted, without that capacity to commit to what your intuition and heart knows to be true, then life is just filled with lots of plans and ideas in grid-lock.
What is Yoga?
The root word of yoga is the same as yoke or union. The purpose of practicing yoga is to unite your finite self with the infinite. The practice of relating to your own unlimited potential is to experience your true unlimited self. Kundalini Yoga allows you to be reminded of your true identity and gives you techniques for living in your unlimited identity. By first exploring the limits of your physical body, the limits of your mind and experience of self are expanded in order for you to experience "happiness as your birthright."
How does Yoga work?
If you want to master something, teach it. Knowledge does not come through intellect. Knowledge comes through experience. By replacing destructive, negative habits with positive habits you can experience the full capacity and caliber of your being. Knowledge gained by experience allows you to apply your radiance and creativity in all areas of your life. Yoga is about experiencing reality without fear or misperception and in that real truth be confident, secure and able to inspire others.
